Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the order type.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
